I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, vacant land, waterfront and income property within the cities or vicinity of Silverdale, Poulsbo, Bremerton, Seabeck, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Subbase Bangor, Naval Hospital Bremerton, Keyport, and Kingston.     

Personal 
Jim is a retired Naval officer and has been a licensed real estate agent since 1986. Jim has worked in the local area since 1988. His youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school, church and athletics. He graduated from the University of Drury with a degree in History, Psychology and Sociology. Current hobbies include spending time with the family, traveling, participating in and volunteering with Kiwanis and various Realtor organizations.
